ANGELO BONACCI
He is the founder of Prometeo Coaching Society®. He is considered one of the experts about Coaching in Italy. He is the Education Manager of the Italian Life, Business and Sport Coaching School. He has been dealing with Training for over fifteen years, inspired by an incredible passion for the development of human potential. He dedicates great part of his life to Coaching promotion and diffusion, as well as the study of useful strategies and improvement of the human being.

SEBASTIANO ZANOLLI
Manager and motivational writer. He was born in Bassano del Grappa (VI) in 1964 and, after his Economy degree at the Ca’ Foscari University, he entered popular companies such as Adidas and Diesel, climbing all the steps of the organization: from seller to chief executive officer of societies belonging to OTB group (Only The Brave, the holding company that owns numerous labels like Maison Martin Marginal and Viktor&Rolf, as well as Diesel and Staff International).

PIETRO TRABUCCHI
He is a psychologist who has always been dealing with sports performance, especially in disciplines based on resistance. He was the Psychologist of the Italian Cross-Country Skiing Olympic Team in Turin 2006, and he has been the psychologist of National Triathlon Teams for many years. He is currently dedicating to National Ultramarathon Teams and to the Rowing Olympic Team in view of Rio 2016, in addition to athletes of resistance sports.

MAX DAMIOLI
He has been teaching since 1972 and holds more that 15.000 hours of classes. Psychology graduate, Master in Hypnosis and NLP, head of the Performance Science Department of Professor Giorgio Nardone’s STC in Arezzo. In 1995, as the founder of GOOSE PIMPLES, first “Inner Travel Agency” in the world, he was the first to develop the concept of Personal Energy in Company, enhancing it in fields such as Business Coaching, Team Building and Strategic Communication.

SABINA BONARDO
Trainer and Voice Coach, she has been carrying out her activity for different years with entrepreneurs, executives, teachers, artists and show business figures. Ciro Imparato’s life partner, she took part of the group La Voce.net in 2010, where she started providing training courses about diction, public speaking and aware use of voice through the Four Voice Colors® method. She also works in the field about personal growth through the realization of important seminars and workshops based on the professional use of Voice.

FEDERICA PALUMBO
Professional Coach, Trainer and Tutor of the Italian Life, Business and Sport Coaching School. She has developed a deep experience in business and Human Resources management with directive and managerial roles. She established herself within the Coaching panorama especially thanks to the direction of the O.P.E.R.A Coaching® training program, an innovative path based on personal growth and development. She is considered one of the greatest experts about personal Self-esteem and Self-efficacy.

Prometeo Coaching Courses are organized in the FULL-IMMERSION modality (7 consecutive days in the semi-residential formula, from Saturday to the following Friday without any overnight obligation). They allow the acquisition of all the instruments necessary to develop a winning attitude, to become mentally and emotionally stronger. Coaching Courses allow to:

Prometeo Coaching® Courses excel in providing specific skills about humanistic and performance Coaching. The Coaching method, knowledges and specific techniques are transferred through the theoretical/experiential model, immediately focusing on every Coaching student’s particular interest. In fact, detailed studies and specific mono-thematic workshops about Life, Business and Sport Coaching are organized during every edition. They allow the rapid acquisition of knowledges and skills in an area of specific interest.

Once basic competencies are acquired, three different areas of in-depth study can be chosen:

The choice of the “characterizing path” can be taken even after some training days, in order to allow the Coaching student to best organize his study plan. In every Coaching School edition, Coaching students receive specific and detailed material (technical manuals, pamphlets, tests, questionnaires, etc.). All Coaching School Courses are recognized by the Associazione Coaching Italia association, and they allow to receive the Credentials to directly subscribe to the Professional Coaches Register (in accordance with Law 4/2013). Our teaching plan considers a first phase of training in class (7 days, full immersion), followed by a period of training carried out through distance training. Such period has a duration of 60 days and it is characterized by the study of technical manuals, auto-training and tutoring provided by a Prometeo Coaching trainer. During this important period, trainers support Coaching students in the re-elaboration of the training experience and in the development of technical, theoretical and experiential contents. Through direct experience on the job and through the trainer’s supervision, Coaching students arrive at the end of the course, they receive the School diploma, they are included in Prometeo Coaching Coaches Register and they receive all the credentials to subscribe to the Associazione Coaching Italia association. Other kinds of Specialist Courses
Specialization Courses

After the acquisition of the credentials regarding the first degree of training and after becoming a Professional Coach, it is possible to continue the training path by attending specific Courses of development and specialization. Second level Higher Professional Training Courses are not mandatory and uniquely represent an additional specialist offer. They are carried out by professors, trainers, psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors and consultants who wish to develop the three specific areas of Coaching.

Supervision Course

Being a Coach is a great responsibility. Practicing this activity may originate moments of difficulty and of professional doubts, on both practical and emotional level. Our supervision course is a space where Professional Coaches stop and think about their activity, promoting a meta-meditation on their work. This path is characterized by the exchange of views with other trainers and colleagues. It allows to refocus on the right practice of Coaching.

Internal Coach Course

It is a business course articulated in 80 hours of training. It is directly carried out c/o the Customer’s headquarters, in close contacts with the organization. It is characterized by a customized training project that may also land on the development of contents through distance training. Internal Coach training course addresses to companies, freelancers, privates who wish to discover the secrets of Coaching and all those people who desire to understand how to introduce a Coach within the company organization.

Individual Coaching Course (One-To-One)

The individual course is reserved to customers who wish to become Professional Coaches (or acquire specific Coaching skills) through a one-to-one relationship with the Trainer. It is possible to acquire all the specific competencies to best manage Coaching sessions in Life, Business and Sport areas right through an individual and absolutely customized training process. The individual course, therefore, addresses to entrepreneurs, managers, trainers, individuals but also little organized groups, business groups, teams, general organizations who wish to individually train and, at most, share the process with people from the same organization.
